Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Pack Your Items
Place your electronics accessories back in their original packaging to prevent damage and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the arrival, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
